Ready to kick off the year with a little fun, friendly competition, and a whole lot of steps? The 2025 GET BODIED Walking & Fitness Challenge is here! It’s time to grab your crew, lace up those sneakers, and show everyone what you’ve got.

The Challenge

For 55 days, teams of four will aim to:

  • Walk 10,000 steps a day, or

  • Crush 30 minutes of any other workout (we’ll even convert your workouts into steps!).

 

It’s all about moving your body, feeling good, and racking up those steps to see who comes out on top.

 

How It Works

  • Teams of 4: Grab your friends and pick an epic team name!

  • Weekly Step Logs: Track your steps and send them in by Sunday night (11:59 PM sharp).

  • Leaderboard Updates: Check this page every week to see how your team stacks up.

We’ll keep the leaderboard live and loaded with the latest results—so you can cheer, compete, and keep your eyes on the prize!

What’s Up for Grabs?

We’re not just walking for bragging rights (though those are pretty sweet). Top teams and individuals will score prizes like:

  • Spa services (ahh, relaxation!)

  • Sports memberships

  • Gift certificates

  • And more surprises to keep you stepping!
