BODIED WALKING/FITNESS CHALLENGE
(Jan 5th, 2025 - Feb 25th, 2025)
RULES
Challenge runs from January 5, 2025 through February 28th 2025. It is for 55 days with weekly check-ins! Challenge is to walk at least 10,000 steps or at least 30 minutes of other workout activity daily
Teams consist of 4 participants per team
Team name and participants registrations are due by Wednesday January 1, 2025. Registration Form
