Since 2021, Minneapolis-St. Paul Alumnae Chapter has partnered with local organizations and experts to provide an annual forum featuring various topics related to caregiving, aging and health. Previous topics have included mental wellness and surviving depression, identification of community supports for caregivers, culturally responsive resources for caregivers, self-care strategies for caregivers, dealing with loss, and education about dementia, hospice care and estate planning. Each forum also includes an opportunity for participants to hear a personal perspective from a caregiver.
